Rosanna Grund is a Special Education Administrator for OCM BOCES. Her positions at OCM BOCES have included Special Education Supervisor, Assistant Director of Special Education, Director of Special Education and Educational Consultant. Prior to going into Educational Administration she worked as a special education teacher. Rosanna received her undergraduate degree in Sociology from Nazareth College, a Certificate of Deaf Studies from RIT, a Masters in Special Education and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Educational Leadership from LeMoyne College. She holds NYS Certification in Elementary and Special Education and as a School District and School Administrator/ Supervisor. She has co-presented with Randi Downs on Project Based Learning for OCM BOCES Special Education teachers.
