Kim Mackey has been an educator for 15 years, teaching K-12 special education and reading as well as previously serving as an ELA Instructional Specialist for special education programs.  Kim is currently a Special Education School Improvement Specialist (SESIS) Supervisor, where she facilitates collaborative data analysis with school teams and provides professional development and technical assistance to school districts within the OCM region on topics in special education and literacy to improve outcomes for students with disabilities.
