Mary Cay Ricci is an education consultant, speaker, and author of The New York Times best-selling education book, Mindsets in the Classroom, and its companion, Ready-to-Use Resources for Mindsets in the Classroom. She is Supervisor of the Office of Advanced and Enriched Instruction in Prince George’s County Public Schools, Maryland. She was previously the Coordinator of gifted and talented education for Baltimore County Public Schools and an Instructional Specialist in the Division of Accelerated and Enriched Instruction for Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland. Mary Cay holds a Masters Degree that includes certification in Gifted and Talented Education and Administration and Supervision from Johns Hopkins University where she is currently a faculty associate in the Graduate School of Education. She is a member of the CEC-TAG Board of Directors and mother to three great kids and one great pooch. Her latest book, Mindsets for Parents was released on May 1, 2016.
