So often we wonder what student-directed learning looks like with our students with disabilities. During this session, participants will have the opportunity to discover how to make engaging Project Based Learning experiences accessible to all learners. We will explore how to use this approach while connecting students to IEP goals and the Common Core Learning Standards. One participant stated recently that Project Based Learning is a “wonderful way to bring authentic, current learning to our population.” Special educators will be on hand to answer questions about their experiences.
