I always pick "one word" to live by for each new year. The last two years my choices were healthy and balanced. I put a great deal of thought into this year's choice and picked "committed." It seemed to sum up a little bit of everything: committed to family, committed to my work and all of you, committed to finding time for cherished friendships, committed to listening more and talking less, committed to more organization…the list could go on and on. So yes, this year I am committed more than ever to be the best me I can be in 2016. What is your "one word?"
