Debbie J. StackDebbie is Director, Education and Community Engagement at WCNY, Central New York’s Public Broadcasting organization. She oversees all onsite educational programming in WCNY’s Education Center, which is home to its flagship education program, Enterprise America, which features a simulated city that students operate. Outreach educational efforts under her supervision include WCNY’s Family Literacy programs as well as other educational services and programs for schools and the community at large. She is also responsible for the integration of educational messages and content across WCNY’s multiple media platforms. Debbie oversees WCNY’s community engagement initiatives as part of WCNY’s goal to be the community’s connector. Debbie is an award-winning television producer and author, and former museum educator.
