Computer Classrooms

Replace the two mechanical units serving computer classrooms adjacent to the Library with new rooftop units to provide required heating, cooling and ventilation and reduce operating noise.

Plaster Traps

Plaster traps are extremely difficult to service.  Revise piping arrangement and cabinetry as required to improve serviceability.

Grease Trap

Replace outdated grease trap in kitchen with a more modern and effective unit to guard against drain line stoppages.

Air Handling Unit- Auditorium

AHU-10, which serves the auditorium and dates back to the original building construction, is in a very inaccessible area of the basement due to piping and ductwork obstructions.  Recommend replacement of this unit with a new rooftop unit incorporating energy recovery capabilities and high efficiency fan motors.
